Ingredients
- 2lbs stewing steak
- 1½oz flour
- oil seasoning
- 8oz onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4oz mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
- ½ pint red wine
- ½ pint beef stock (or more)
- salt, pepper
Method
- Coat meat with flour, brown in oil.
- Add everything into pan, bring to boil.
- Transfer to oven for 2½ hours in medium oven (180C)
